Restlessness, stress and difficulty falling asleep

Age: From infancy
Indication: Restlessness, nervousness, difficulty falling asleep

Application:

  • Apply 2-5 drops of lavender oil 10% to a compress or cotton cloth
  • Warm compress or cotton cloth with hot water bottle or cherry stone cushion
  • Apply to the chest before going to bed or overnight
  • Place the healing wool over the compress and secure with a bodysuit or undershirt
  • Allow the wrap to work for at least 20 minutes
  • Apply 2x/day

 ➔ Pay attention to heat supply, warm feet

Tip: Instead of preparing it as a compress, the lavender oil can also be massaged into the chest and covered with healing wool

Indication: Cardiovascular complaints, e.g. caused by stress, problems falling asleep

Application: 

  • Unfold compress or cotton cloth
  • Spread ointment regularly on compress (3-4 mm thick)
  • Warm the compress with a hot water bottle or cherry stone cushion
  • Apply to the chest (heart region) before going to bed or overnight
  • Place the healing wool over the compress and secure with a bodysuit or undershirt

Age: From infancy
Indication: Muscle pain, stress symptoms, restlessness, growing pains, weather sensitivity

Application:

  • Rub in 2-3 ml of oil depending on the area of the body
  • Cover afterwards
  • To massage in 1 to 2 times a day
